Pattern & Tooling Preparation

Casting Production
Melting → Pouring → Solidification → Shakeout & cleaning.
Proses produksi dilakukan melalui tahapan melting, pouring, solidification, shakeout, hingga cleaning awal.
5. Machining & Finishing
Rough machining → Precision machining → Surface treatment (painting/shot blasting/polishing).
Produk diproses melalui machining, finishing permukaan, dan treatment sesuai kebutuhan aplikasi industri.
Quality Inspection & Testing
Dimensional inspection → Mechanical testing → Non-destructive testing (NDT) → Final quality approval.
Setiap produk diperiksa melalui inspeksi dimensi, pengujian mekanis, NDT, dan final approval sebelum dikirim.
Packing & Shipping
Packing & marking → Documentation → Delivery → Shipping arrangement.
Produk dikemas, diberi marking, dilengkapi dokumen, lalu dikirim sesuai jadwal dan kebutuhan pelanggan.
